1. These terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any loan distribution service provided by AMPLENIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its registered office at A-168, Vimal Nagar, Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — 226028, India, GSTIN 09ACNFA9913B1ZB.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What we are, and what we are not

This is the most important clause on this page, so it is stated plainly.

AMPLENIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP is a loan distributor and facilitator. We are not a bank and not an NBFC. We do not lend money. We do not accept deposits. Every loan is provided by a third-party bank or NBFC, and that lender alone decides whether to approve it, on what terms, and at what interest rate.

Because of this:

• We cannot promise you a loan. Nobody who tells you they can guarantee approval is telling you the truth.
• We cannot promise you an interest rate. The rate you are finally offered depends on the lender's assessment of your income, credit history, documents, and the property or asset involved.
• We cannot promise a timeline. We will tell you what is realistic, but the lender controls the process once your file is submitted.
• We are not a party to your loan agreement. Your loan contract is between you and the lender.

3. Our service, and what it costs you

What we do:

• Understand your requirement and your financial position
• Tell you honestly which lenders are likely to approve you
• Help you assemble the documents the lender will ask for
• Submit and follow up your application
• Stay in touch until the file is decided

Our service is free to you. We do not charge the customer any fee, commission, processing charge or “file charge”. We are paid a distribution commission by the lender, and only when your loan is actually disbursed.

Warning about fraud. No employee or representative of Amplenio will ever ask you to pay money into a personal bank account, a UPI ID, or by cash, in exchange for a loan approval. If anyone does this in our name, do not pay. Call us immediately on +91 80903 82592.

Charges levied by the lender — processing fees, legal and valuation charges, stamp duty, insurance premiums, GST — are separate, are payable by you, and are set by the lender. We will always try to tell you what they are before you commit.

4. Information you give us

You agree that:

• The information you give us is true, accurate and complete
• You will tell us promptly if it changes in a material way
• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a loan agreement in India
• The documents you give us are genuine and belong to you

Giving false information or forged documents to obtain credit is a criminal offence under Indian law. We will not knowingly submit a file we believe contains false information, and we will withdraw from any file where we discover it. We may also be required to report it.

5. Your consent to be contacted and referred

When you submit a form on this site, you consent to us contacting you on the number you provided, including by WhatsApp, and to us sharing your details with lenders on our panel so they can assess your case.

You may withdraw either consent at any time by calling +91 80903 82592 or emailing ampleniof@gmail.com. Withdrawal takes effect for us immediately; it does not oblige a lender who already holds your file to destroy their copy.

6. Calculators and indicative figures

This website provides calculators and publishes indicative interest rate bands, loan amounts and tenures. All of these are estimates for your planning only. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to lend.

• Calculator results assume a fixed rate for the whole tenure. Most retail loans in India are floating rate, so your actual EMI will change when rates move.
• Rate bands shown on loan pages reflect the market at the time of publication and change without notice.
• Calculators do not account for processing fees, insurance, GST or other charges unless the specific calculator says it does.
• Stamp duty rates are indicative, vary by state and by transaction, and are revised in state budgets. Always confirm with the sub-registrar office.
• Tax figures reflect our understanding of the old regime and are not tax advice. Consult a qualified chartered accountant.

Your actual EMI, rate and eligibility will be whatever the lender sets in your sanction letter. Read that document, not this website, before you sign anything.

7. Third-party lenders

Bank and NBFC names appear on this site only to describe which lenders we commonly work with for a given product. All trademarks and trade names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply that they endorse us, or that we are their agent for all purposes, or that they will approve your application.

We are not responsible for a lender's decisions, their service standards, their charges, or their conduct.

8. Use of this website

You must not:

• Submit false, fraudulent or automated enquiries
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its database
• Probe, scan or test the security of the site or bypass any access control
• Scrape, copy or republish the content of this site for commercial purposes
• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or overload it
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your association with any person

We may block access to anyone who does any of these, without notice, and report serious cases to the authorities.

9. Intellectual property

The design, text, layout, calculators, logo and graphics on this site belong to AMPLENIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP unless stated otherwise. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

10. Availability

We try to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable for any period.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• We are not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision to approve, reject, delay, price or withdraw a loan
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on an indicative figure or calculator result published on this site
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of business
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with our service is limited to the commission we actually received from the lender in connection with your file, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with something we have done, tell us. Call +91 80903 82592 or email ampleniof@gmail.com with “Complaint” in the subject line, and give us your reference number if you have one. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 30 days.

A complaint about a lender — their charges, their service or their decision — must go to that lender's own grievance officer first. If they do not resolve it within 30 days, you can escalate to the RBI Ombudsman. We will help you find the right contact.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow Sector-21, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from our services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies to you.
